Your Role

As a Customer Advisor, you will:

• Handle user inquiries via chat, email, and phone
• Resolve account, privacy, and technical support issues

• Guide business users in optimizing their online presence

Your Profile

• Native or fluent Russian speaker
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with basic digital tools and technology
• EU citizen or holder of valid Portuguese residency
