Customer_Support_Specialist (German & English)

Location: Fully_Remote Based in Turkey

We are seeking motivated, bilingual professionals to join our dynamic customer service team.

Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve complex customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

- Provide clear, accurate, and timely communication in both German and English.

- Support customers through multiple channels (chat, email, phone) while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).

- Based in Turkey with eligibility to work #remotely.

- Previous experience in #customer_service, #support, or a similar role.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
