  • Schedule:

    • Initial 12-hour onboarding period: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 19:00

      • Two shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 / 10:00 – 19:00

    • Future schedule (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off

Your Mission

As a Marketing Customer Support Specialist, youll be the bridge between the brand and Arabic-speaking clients from Egypt, Jordan, and UAE.
You will provide professional, timely, and accurate support while representing the company in a friendly and engaging way.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and wants to develop their career in marketing customer support.

What Youll Do

  • Support clients in Arabic and English via phone, chat, or email.

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer inquiries.

  • Resolve client issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

  • Document client interactions accurately and follow internal procedures.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure seamless service.

What You Bring

  • Fluent Arabic (Egypt, Jordan, or UAE) and professional English.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional mindset.
