Your Mission
As a Marketing Customer Support Specialist, youll be the bridge between the brand and Arabic-speaking clients from Egypt, Jordan, and UAE.
You will provide professional, timely, and accurate support while representing the company in a friendly and engaging way.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and wants to develop their career in marketing customer support.
What Youll Do

Support clients in Arabic and English via phone, chat, or email.

Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer inquiries.

Resolve client issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Document client interactions accurately and follow internal procedures.

Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure seamless service.
What You Bring

Fluent Arabic (Egypt, Jordan, or UAE) and professional English.
