What You'll Do

• Support game players with their questions and issues
• Handle player inquiries by email and chat
• Resolve problems quickly and help give players a great experience

What You Bring

• Fluent or native-level Arabic
• Fluent or native-level English
• Residency in Bulgaria
• Availability for shifts between 07:00 and 00:00, Monday to Sunday
• A passion for gaming is a plus
