Italian-speaking Customer & Technical Support (Remote – Lisbon Area)

Join a dynamic team supporting viewers of a well-known international entertainment brand. You'll work fully from home as their first point of contact and brand ambassador.

What you'll do

• Help viewers by phone, chat and email
• Give account and app support, including software functionality
• Troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
• Give accurate, real-time answers
• Keep clear records of every interaction

What you bring

• Fluent Italian and English
• A genuine passion for helping customers
• Technical aptitude: comfortable troubleshooting apps, devices and home networks
• Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday between 7 AM and 9 PM, with 2 rotating days off
