Technical Support Advisor - Dutch Speaker (On-Site, from 06 Oct)

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

An international employer based in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Technical Support Advisor to join their Dutch-speaking team.

Good fit for someone who likes untangling technical problems and can explain the fix in plain language to someone non-technical.

Your Responsibilities:

• Follow up to confirm a fix actually solved the problem
• Diagnose technical issues reported by customers
• Stay current on product changes that affect common issues
• Balance thoroughness with keeping resolution times reasonable

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch, English
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
