Slovenian-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Consumer Goods (Athens)

A Consumer Goods client in Athens, Greece is looking for a Slovenian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

You'll handle customer queries for a recognisable consumer brand.

Work model: Remote.

Start date: 24/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Salary indicated per month.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Slovenian and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
