Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Multilingual - New Opening

We're recruiting Dutch speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Multilingual Services account based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: Remote.

Multiple start dates available across 07/Sep/26, 24/Aug/26, 28/Sep/26.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.

You'll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to grow within a supportive, multicultural team.
