Customer Service Advisor - Icelandic Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

A team in Athens is looking for Icelandic speakers to join its customer operation. Start date: 2 November 2026.

Every case you close moves a customer closer to a clear answer. Your work will be reviewed with feedback sessions, so you can keep improving steadily.

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep customers informed about timescales and next steps
• Pass recurring issues to your team leader so they can be fixed at source
• Use internal knowledge articles to check answers before you respond
• Stay calm and courteous with frustrated customers

Requirements:

• Fluent Icelandic
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
