Customer Care Agent - German Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Your work will be reviewed with feedback sessions, so you can keep improving steadily. You will work across phone, email and chat, so flexibility is part of the job.

Your Responsibilities:

• Suggest improvements that reduce repeat contacts
• Resolve everyday issues without unnecessary transfers
• Keep case records accurate and up to date
• Track your own quality scores and act on the feedback

Requirements:

• Fluent German
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
