Looking for a fully remote role in Portugal that lets you do meaningful work for a globally celebrated brand? We are urgently hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join the remote support team of a world-leading consumer technology brand.

In this role you will provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers — resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through their experience with one of the most beloved product ecosystems in the world. And you will do it all from the comfort of your home anywhere in Portugal.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email in Dutch and English
  • Resolve product, account, and service-related issues efficiently
  • Deliver accurate information with warmth and professionalism
  • Escalate and follow up on complex cases ensuring timely resolution
  • Consistently meet and exceed quality and satisfaction targets

What we are looking for:

  • Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
  • English: B2 or above
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new tools and systems
  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
  • High School Diploma required
