In this back office role you will handle account processing, content review, fraud checks, and operational support tasks that are critical to the platform's smooth functioning. Your accuracy and focus will directly contribute to a better experience for the gaming community.

Your responsibilities:

  • Process back office requests related to gaming accounts and transactions
  • Review content and account activity for compliance with platform policies
  • Support front-line teams by handling complex or escalated cases
  • Maintain precise records and produce daily activity logs
  • Contribute to platform integrity through diligent policy application

What we are looking for:

  • Polish: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
  • English: working proficiency
  • Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a structured back office environment
  • Available to work on-site in Sofia
