Customer Service Specialist – Dutch-speaking | Global Beauty Brand

Are you a Dutch speaker who loves beauty, style, and outstanding customer experiences? We are urgently hiring a Customer Service Specialist for one of the world's most celebrated beauty and cosmetics brands, based in Porto, Portugal. In this role you will support Dutch-speaking customers with their product queries, orders, and beauty consultations — delivering the same premium service experience the brand is famous for worldwide.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product information, orders, and beauty advice
• Resolve delivery, return, and account queries with care and efficiency
• Provide personalised service that reflects the brand's luxury ethos
• Identify and recommend complementary products where relevant
• Deliver consistently high satisfaction scores

What we are looking for:

• Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
• English: B2 or above
• Interest in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics is a big plus
• Warm, polished communication with excellent listening skills
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
• High School Diploma required
