Order Support Specialist – Czech-speaking

As an Order Support Specialist, you'll be the trusted guide customers rely on when they need help navigating their purchases. From answering delivery queries to resolving billing discrepancies and coordinating returns, you'll ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. You'll work within a motivated, multicultural team that thrives on collaboration, excellence, and results.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries related to orders, shipments, billing, and returns
• Diagnose issues quickly and provide clear, empathetic solutions
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to deliver accurate information
• Escalate complex cases when needed following established procedures
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores consistently

What we are looking for:

• Czech: C1/C2 proficiency (written and spoken)
• English: minimum B2 level
• Strong communicator with a genuine problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit
• High School Diploma required
