We are currently looking for Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international customer support team based in Athens, Greece. This role supports a fast-growing global e-commerce platform offering a wide variety of products at competitive prices, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and seamless online shopping experiences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
  • Handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and general account support
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear, accurate, and timely solutions
  • Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach at all times
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve escalated cases

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Swedish (C1/C2 level)
  • Good command of English (B2 minimum)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to multitask
  • EU passport or valid EU work permit
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece (if not already based there)

Relocation Package

  • 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival

Work-from-Home (WAH) Information

  • Relocating candidates: Work-from-home is based in Athens
  • Local candidates: Work-from-home is possible from anywhere in Greece
