Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8-hour rotational shifts

About the Role
We are looking for motivated German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our international client teams. In this role, you will support customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in German across multiple communication channels

Assist with product/service inquiries, troubleshooting, and account information

Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service

Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements

Fluency in German (C1/C2 level)

Good command of English (B1 or higher)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
