About the Role
We are looking for motivated German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our international client teams. In this role, you will support customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in German across multiple communication channels

  • Assist with product/service inquiries, troubleshooting, and account information

  • Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service

  • Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C1/C2 level)

  • Good command of English (B1 or higher)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts

  • Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
