Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent German (C1–C2 level) and good command of English (B2 or higher).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Customer Orientation: A passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Work Authorization: EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus.
