    • Initial 12-hour onboarding period: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 19:00

      • Two shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 / 10:00 – 19:00

    • Future schedule (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off

Your Mission

As a Marketing Customer Support Specialist, you will support German-speaking clients by providing professional, accurate, and timely assistance.
Youll be part of a dynamic, international team in Lisbon, helping ensure client satisfaction and smooth campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, has a strong marketing interest, and thrives in a multicultural setting.

What Youll Do

  • Support clients in German and English via phone, chat, or email.

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer inquiries.

  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

  • Accurately document client interactions and follow internal procedures.

  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
