A French-speaking SQL/TECH is needed for a team based in Lisbon, Portugal.

The role sits at the intersection of technical troubleshooting and customer communication - both matter equally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up to confirm a fix actually solved the problem
• Diagnose technical issues reported by customers
• Walk customers through fixes step by step, without jargon
• Stay current on product changes that affect common issues

Requirements:

• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Fluent French, written and spoken
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
