Customer Support Representative - Dutch Speaker

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays), 07:30–20:00 (rotational shifts); Days Off: weekends

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

What We Offer:

• Salary: €1,000/month
• Welcome bonus: €2,000; B&M positions until end of October; paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during first year.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch, English
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
