Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Automotive (Athens)

A Automotive client in Athens, Greece is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

You'll support customers of a well-known automotive brand with day-to-day service queries.

Work model: Remote.

Start date: 18/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Salary indicated per month.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
