Account Manager – Dutch Speaking | Barcelona, Spain Tech | B2B SaaS | Relocation Supported

About the Role

We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Account Manager to join a fast-growing tech company based in Barcelona. You will own a portfolio of B2B clients across the Dutch-speaking market, drive revenue growth, and build lasting partnerships — all from one of Europe's most exciting tech hubs.

This is a high-impact role with an uncapped bonus structure and a clear path for growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts across the Dutch-speaking market
• Drive upsells, cross-sells, and renewals to consistently exceed revenue targets
• Act as the main point of contact for clients — building trust, solving problems, and delivering value
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities within your existing account base
• Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in CRM

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2) — mandatory
• Fluent English — mandatory
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing commercial role
• Proven ability to hit and exceed targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with B2B software or SaaS — a plus
