Role Summary

Consultative B2B/B2C sales role focused on managing and growing an assigned client portfolio. The representative drives revenue through upselling, account optimization, and strategic client consultations, while consistently meeting individual KPIs and contributing to broader team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, retain, and upsell an existing portfolio of client accounts
  • Conduct proactive outreach and regular consultations with clients
  • Analyze account performance and develop data-driven upsell strategies
  • Provide consultative guidance to help clients optimize their results
  • Support clients through the implementation of new solutions and strategies
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships through analytical account management
  • Meet daily and monthly KPIs while collaborating within a team sales environment

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in Czech or Slovak (minimum B2+/C1) and English (minimum B2)
  • Proven sales aptitude and results-driven mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Goal-oriented with ability to perform independently and within a team
  • Computer literate; CRM or digital tools experience is an advantage
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Kraków, Poland
