Are you a Dutch speaker who wants a great part-time role with a reputable company in or around Porto? We have a PRIORITY opening for Dutch-speaking Customer Care Agents working part-time (Monday to Friday, 06h–19h rotation) for a leading mobility and infrastructure services company.

You will be supporting Dutch-speaking customers through their journey with a company that keeps regions connected and moving forward.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer contacts with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide information on services, charges, and accounts
• Resolve queries on first contact where possible
• Record all interactions in the CRM system accurately
• Meet KPIs for quality and customer satisfaction

What we are looking for:

• Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
• English: B2 or above
• Organized, calm, and customer-focused personality
• Available Monday to Friday, 06h–19h rotation (part-time)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
• High School Diploma required
