Your responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries efficiently via chat and email
- Troubleshoot account and platform usage issues

What we are looking for:
- Estonian: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
- English: solid written and spoken communication
- Strong empathy and patience with diverse users
- Comfortable with digital platforms and tools
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
- High School Diploma required
