Customer Service Specialist – Dutch-speaking | Consumer Goods

We are urgently searching for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join the team supporting a prestigious international consumer goods company at the Tejo campus in Lisbon. This is a brand-new opening with excellent opportunities to grow within a global brand.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with product inquiries, account support, and service resolutions — always delivering the high-quality experience the brand is known for worldwide.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle product and service queries via phone and digital channels
• Resolve issues related to orders, returns, and account management
• Deliver expert-level knowledge of the product portfolio
• Follow up on escalated cases ensuring timely closure
• Maintain quality and satisfaction KPIs consistently

What we are looking for:

• Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
• English: B2 or above
• Professional, polished customer service attitude
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
• High School Diploma required
