Team Leader - Flemish and English

Looking for Flemish and English speaking jobs in Lisbon, Portugal? We are hiring team leaders to join a multilingual team supporting an international client. In this role you will coach a team of agents, monitor quality and keep daily operations on track. Fluency in Flemish and English is essential, and your language skills will be used every day.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of customer service agents.
• Monitor daily performance, quality and productivity targets.
• Run one-to-one feedback sessions and development plans.
• Handle escalations and support the team during peak periods.
• Report on team results and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

• Fluent level in Flemish and English.
• Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this advert.
• A professional, friendly and patient communication style.
• Comfort working with computers and several systems at the same time.
• Reliability, attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.

Location and working arrangement: This is an on-site position based in Lisbon. Working hours: Rotation shifts from Monday to Saturday - 9am until 10pm.
