German/English-Speaking Specialist – Sofia, Bulgaria (Relocation Supported)

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within the gaming industry, supporting an international project focused on the German-speaking market. This is an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria, open to both local candidates and candidates relocating from abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Support players with account, gameplay and technical enquiries in German and English
• Resolve player issues quickly and professionally, so they have a positive gaming experience
• Handle queries across the support channels in use (e.g. chat, email)
• Investigate and escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when needed
• Keep player records accurate and up to date in internal systems
• Meet quality and performance targets

Requirements

• Fluent German (spoken and written)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Eligibility to work in the EU
• Availability for shift work, Monday to Sunday, in a 24/7 operation
• A passion for gaming and customer service is a plus
