Customer Service Advisor - Brazilian Portuguese Speaker

Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese? Our Athens operation needs people who can solve problems for customers who write or call in Brazilian Portuguese. Start date: 19 October 2026.

Good customer care is what this team is known for, and you will help keep that standard high. Every case you close moves a customer closer to a clear answer.

Your Responsibilities:

• Meet the quality and response standards the team sets
• Stay calm and courteous with frustrated customers
• Follow up on open cases so that customers are not left waiting
• Handle billing and account questions with care and accuracy

Requirements:

• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
