About the Role
We are hiring French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing clear solutions, and ensuring a positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in French.
- Assist customers with credit-related services in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses via phone, email, or chat.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
- Work in a team-oriented environment with rotational schedules.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in French.
- No English is required for this position.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (MondaySaturday).
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday (rotational shifts)
Contract
- Contract type: Permanent (with 3-month trial period)
