About the Role

We are hiring French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing clear solutions, and ensuring a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in French.
  • Assist customers with credit-related services in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses via phone, email, or chat.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment with rotational schedules.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in French.
  • No English is required for this position.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (MondaySaturday).
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (rotational shifts)

Contract

  • Contract type: Permanent (with 3-month trial period)
