What Youll Do

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French & English.

Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer support.

Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Keep detailed records of interactions and follow company processes.

Contribute to team targets and KPIs.

Who You Are

Fluent in French (C1+) and confident in English (B2+).

Strong communicator with customer-first mindset.

Able to multitask, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure.

Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, not a must.
