Customer Service Representative French & English Market
Location: Athens, Greece | Remote or On-Site | Start Date: 17 October

We are looking for bilingual French & English speakers to join a dynamic customer service team in Athens. Whether you prefer working from home or on-site, this is your chance to support international clients and grow your career in a global company.

What Youll Do

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French & English.

  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer support.

  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.

  • Keep detailed records of interactions and follow company processes.

  • Contribute to team targets and KPIs.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in French (C1+) and confident in English (B2+).

  • Strong communicator with customer-first mindset.

  • Able to multitask, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure.

  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, not a must.
