Portuguese Customer Advisor — Athens, Greece

We are looking for Portuguese-speaking Customer Advisors to join an international team based in Athens, Greece. Multiple intake dates are available in May, June, and July 2026, so you can choose the start date that suits you best.

The role

You will be handling inbound customer contacts via phone, email, and chat, supporting Portuguese-speaking customers with their queries and resolving issues in line with company guidelines. You will work toward individual KPIs while contributing to overall team targets.

What we're looking for

• Native or near-native Portuguese speaker (European or Brazilian)
• Good level of English for internal communication
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Motivated and ready to relocate to Athens
• EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece
