Digital Trust & Safety Specialist – Dutch-speaking | Sofia

In this role you will review content and account behaviour, apply safety policies with precision, and contribute directly to a digital environment where users can engage confidently and freely. Your cultural knowledge and Dutch expertise will be invaluable in making the right calls.

Your responsibilities:

• Assess user-generated content and account activity against platform policies
• Apply trust and safety guidelines consistently and with sound judgment
• Escalate complex or high-risk violations to specialist teams
• Feed insights back into the policy development and improvement process
• Meet daily quality and productivity goals within a supportive team

What we are looking for:

• Dutch: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: solid working proficiency
• Strong analytical thinking, objectivity, and attention to detail
• Emotional resilience when handling sensitive content (full support provided)
• Available to work on-site in Sofia

• Gross salary: 1,845 BGN/month
• Welcome bonus: €1,500 (€750 after 3 months + €750 after 6 months, for EU-eligible candidates)
