Do you live and breathe sport, sneakers, and great service? We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join the remote team of a global sportswear and sneaker retailer. In this role you will be the go-to resource for Dutch-speaking sneaker enthusiasts and active lifestyle customers — resolving queries about orders, returns, product availability, and loyalty programs with enthusiasm and expertise.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle Dutch-language customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues with orders, shipping, returns, and exchanges
- Assist customers with product recommendations and store information
- Support loyalty programme queries and membership management
- Maintain quality standards in every customer interaction
What we are looking for:
- Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
- English: B2 or above
- Enthusiasm for sport, fashion, or sneaker culture is a major plus
- Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital customer service tools
- Must live near Lisbon or be open to occasional office visits
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
- High School Diploma required
