Trust & Safety Specialist – Latvian-speaking

Are you a Latvian speaker who cares deeply about keeping online communities safe and positive? We are urgently looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist to join a pioneering global short-form video platform and help protect millions of users every day, based in Lisbon, Portugal.

In this role you will review and assess user-reported content, apply platform policies with precision and fairness, and contribute to an environment where creativity can flourish safely. You will be part of a specialist team that plays a critical role in the integrity of one of the world's most influential digital spaces.

Your responsibilities:

• Review user-flagged content and accounts in a timely, accurate manner
• Apply trust and safety policies consistently and impartially
• Identify patterns and escalate emerging threats to senior teams
• Provide actionable feedback to help improve policy guidelines
• Maintain daily productivity and quality targets

What we are looking for:

• Latvian: C1/C2 proficiency
• English: strong B2/C1 level
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Resilience when handling sensitive content (support resources provided)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
• High School Diploma required
