Customer Support Representative - German Speaker (Remote, from 09 Oct)

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

We're working with an employer in Athens to fill a Customer Support Representative position for their German market.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current

Requirements:

• Fluent German
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems

Relocation Package:
