Customer Support Representative - Italian Speaker (Remote, from 26 Oct)

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Fluent in Italian? A team in Athens is looking for their next Customer Support Representative.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

Your Responsibilities:

• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit

Requirements:

• Fluent Italian
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
