Customer Support Representative - Danish Speaker (Remote, from 19 Oct)

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

We're working with an employer in Athens to fill a Customer Support Representative position for their Danish market.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

What We Offer:

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit

Requirements:

• Fluent Danish
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required

Relocation Package:

• 2 Weeks hotel accommodation + Flight ticket (inside the EU)
• Airport Pickup
• Real Estate Agency fee
