Customer Support Representative - Dutch Speaker (Remote, from 06 Nov)

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

An international employer based in Athens, Greece is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join their Dutch-speaking team.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

Your Responsibilities:

• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential

Relocation Package:

• 2 Weeks hotel accommodation + Flight ticket (inside the EU)
• Airport Pickup
• Real Estate Agency fee
