Customer Support Representative - French Speaker (Hybrid, from 22 Oct)

Schedule: Monday to Friday:; 07:00 - 18:00PM (Rotational shifts)

An employer in Braga is hiring for a Customer Support Representative role and building out their French team.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

What We Offer:

• Salary: 930,00 €
• Welcome bonus: €2,000 paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source

Requirements:

• Fluent French
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
