Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer service to B2C clients via email and phone.

Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver accurate information in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.

Adhere to company standards and performance goals.
Requirements:

Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (B1/B2).

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Previous experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage.

Comfortable working on-site with flexibility for hybrid work after 6 months.
Relocation Package:
-
Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 490 BGN after 6 months of employment (with valid travel documents and if no prior notice is given).

Advance salary option of 1056 BGN net (upon employee request, transferred within 5 working days).

Company-arranged hotel stay upon arrival (employee responsible for costs if failing to show up without notifying the hotel by 12 noon on arrival date).

Note: If the contract is terminated within the first 6 months, advance salary and relocation reimbursement must be returned.
