Job Title: Customer Service Representative (German + English)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-Site, with Hybrid option after 6 months based on performance)

Working Model: Business & Management (B&M)

Languages Required:

  • German: C1 level

  • English: B1/B2 level

Salary:

  • 3895 BGN gross per month

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to B2C clients via email and phone.

  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver accurate information in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.

  • Adhere to company standards and performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (B1/B2).

  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage.

  • Comfortable working on-site with flexibility for hybrid work after 6 months.

Relocation Package:

  • Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 490 BGN after 6 months of employment (with valid travel documents and if no prior notice is given).

  • Advance salary option of 1056 BGN net (upon employee request, transferred within 5 working days).

  • Company-arranged hotel stay upon arrival (employee responsible for costs if failing to show up without notifying the hotel by 12 noon on arrival date).

  • Note: If the contract is terminated within the first 6 months, advance salary and relocation reimbursement must be returned.
