Job Title: Customer Service Representative French Market
Location: Porto, Portugal (Remote)
Start Date: 25 September 2025
Working Schedule:

Monday to Sunday, 08:00 19:00 (rotative shifts)

2 rotative days off per week
-
Note: Possibility of late shift extension until 21:00 depending on client request (not implemented so far)
Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: 1000 gross x 14 months
-
Performance Bonus: 50 gross x 12 months
Responsibilities:
-
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.

Provide professional, accurate, and timely solutions to customer needs.

Maintain a customer-first approach while resolving complaints and issues.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless support experience.
Requirements:

Fluency in French (C1 level)

Good English communication skills (B1/B2)

Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-
Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
