Your Mission
As a Customer Success Specialist, youll help Italian-speaking clients achieve their goals and ensure a seamless experience with our services.
Based in Sofia with a hybrid work model, youll be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them, solving problems, and building long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

What Youll Do

Support Italian-speaking clients as their primary point of contact.
