We're looking for English-speaking AI Agents to support users with cutting-edge AI tools, troubleshoot platform issues, and help manage their accounts.

Your Tasks

• Assist users with questions about AI tools and platform features
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Handle account management requests, including access and settings
• Respond to customers through chat, email, and other channels
• Document cases and escalate complex issues to the right teams
• Share user feedback to help improve products and services
• Deliver a clear, friendly, high-quality support experience
