Customer Care Agent - Danish Speaker (Remote) (starts November)

Customers often say thank you when a problem is finally solved, and that is a big part of the job. Your work will be reviewed with feedback sessions, so you can keep improving steadily.

Your Responsibilities:

• Recognise when a case needs escalating and hand it over with complete notes
• Meet the quality and response standards the team sets
• Stay calm and courteous with frustrated customers
• Explain step-by-step solutions in clear, simple language

Requirements:

• Fluent Danish
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• Willingness to work the shift pattern set for the team
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
