Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. Your main goal is to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming queries from German-speaking customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with product and service information, technical support, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting

  • Follow internal procedures and service-level agreements

  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex cases

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C1 or above)

  • Good command of English (B2 or above)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities

  • EU passport or valid work permit for Malta

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is a plus
