We're working with a leading international company to hire a friendly and service-oriented Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their growing support team in Covilhã, Portugal.

Location: Covilhã, Portugal
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Schedule: Rotational shifts (including evenings/weekends)
Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonuses

Your Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, professional, and empathetic support across various channels. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies

• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions

• Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate departments when necessary

• Keep records of customer interactions and update internal systems accordingly

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service

• Work collaboratively with other team members to improve processes and service quality

What You Bring

• Language skills: fluent in Portuguese (C1+) and good command of English (B2 minimum)

• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

• Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset

• Comfortable working with computers and customer support tools

• Availability to work on a rotational shift schedule, including evenings and weekends
