About the Role

Join a leading global company in Lisbon as part of their Customer Service team supporting a major Digital Marketing platform. You'll assist clients with paid campaign inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a top-tier customer experience in a dynamic, digital-first environment.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1+ level)

• Experience with paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

• Degree in Marketing or proven Digital Marketing experience

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

• EU citizenship or valid work permit in Portugal

Working Hours

• Initial phase:
  Monday to Friday 12-hour coverage:
  Shifts: 07:0016:00 or 10:0019:00

• Later stage:
  24/7 rotating shifts
  (2 rotating days off per week)

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: 870 gross/month (x14 months)

• Performance Bonus: 300/month (x11 months)

• Meal allowance and other standard benefits included
