Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Dutch

  • Troubleshoot product/service issues and ensure a positive customer experience

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

  • Accurately log customer interactions in the system

  • Collaborate with team members and report to team leads for any escalations


Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C1-C2 level) and proficient in English (B2+)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

  • EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
