Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Dutch

Troubleshoot product/service issues and ensure a positive customer experience

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

Accurately log customer interactions in the system

Collaborate with team members and report to team leads for any escalations
Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch (C1-C2 level) and proficient in English (B2+)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
