About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Italian-speaking Payment Specialist to join our team on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will handle payment-related processes and provide support to our Italian-speaking customers, ensuring smooth and secure financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor incoming and outgoing payments accurately and in a timely manner.

• Investigate and resolve payment issues or discrepancies in collaboration with the finance and support teams.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and transactions in Italian.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate payment records.

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Good command of English.

• Previous experience in payments, finance, or customer service is a strong advantage.

• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Must have the right to live and work in Portugal and be willing to work on-site in Lisbon.
